The Parent Helpline is a 24-hour informational, referral, and listening line for parents. All calls are completely confidential.
Experienced phone counselors respond to calls during business hours on weekdays.
Staff at IMPACT 2-1-1, a local social service hotline, respond after hours.
Call the Parent Helpline at 414/671-0566 with any parenting concern, to register for a parenting class, or to learn more about any of our services. You may also email Parent Helpline staff. Emails are usually answered within two business days.
